Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church

Also called the "Kyiv Patriarchate".

This church was re-established for the third time in 1990, just before the fall of the Soviet Union. The UAPC in its contemporary form, has its origins in the Sobor of 1921 in Kiev, shortly after Ukraine's newly-found independence. It is not a canonically recognised entity.
